How we work
First, we understand your week.
Two conversations before we build anything. A working version on your own data before you sign. And we stay once it's live.
- Talk.
- Map.
- Build.
- Run.
Getting started
Before you commit to anything.
Three steps, and you see it working before you sign.
A 30-minute call
Tell us where the week hurts. We'll tell you whether we can fix it and roughly what it costs. If we can't, we'll say so.
A whiteboard session
About 90 minutes, in the room or on a call. We map how your orders, stock and sales move today, and you pick which system to start with: Distribution, Forecasting or Sales.
A proposal, with a working demo
We come back with a plan and a first version running on your own data. You see it work before you sign anything.
What it costs you in time: two conversations. That's it.
The build
Built on your real data, tested by your own team.
We plug into the tools you already use
Xero, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your order portals. Nothing moves, nothing gets replaced. We read what's already there.
We build the system you chose
On your real orders, your real prices, your real customers. Not a demo dataset.
Your team tests it, safely
A copy of your week, where nothing can touch the live books. Then a checkpoint meeting where you run it yourself and tell us what's wrong.
Live, then tuned
It goes live on your own machine. We watch the first weeks with you and tune it on what your team says.
What we need from you: one person who can test it, and one meeting. Everything else is on us.
Live, and after
We stay. Your people stay in charge.
Once it's live we train your team, keep an eye on it, and keep fixing it for as long as you want us. Three things never change, whoever's running it.
- It drafts. A person decides.
The system fetches, prices, proposes, and stops. A named person approves. That's the design, and a test fails if anyone changes it.
- Everything on the record.
We log every outside action: what, when, who approved it. Nothing happens silently.
- Your machine, your data.
Runs on your own machine, with your data in one place you own. Your spreadsheet stays. We read it, we don't replace it.
